Tip #1 - Drink more water. You'll feel better, more energized.
Tip #2 - Eat more vegetables. (Your mother was Right!)
Tip #3 - Do your best to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep per night. Lack of sleep stresses the body, even slows down metabolism.
Tip #4 - Get adjusted by Dr. Ken to allow your body to function like it should and not allow it to feel "old before your time."
